Data Analytics Consulting Project
Notice Description
WWF UK's Supporter Insight team provides analysis and insight into our fundraising and engagement activities. In doing this we support the Public Fundraising and Public Engagement teams in their objective of raising long term net income and deepening public engagement. This helps ensure we optimise our activities and invest our resources most wisely. WWF UK requires a consulting resource to support and provide expert advice to the insight and analysis team, leading on the reporting aspect of our work. This would entail providing day to day analytical support for reporting queries that we may get from across the organisation about our supporters, development of our campaign reporting, and development of a central KPI dashboard for disseminating cross organisational reports on our key metrics. More specifically, the consultancy requirement will include: * Providing advice to fundraising and campaign managers with developing and tracking campaigns effectively. This would involve running analysis from our data warehouse and from FastStats, and helping to turn analysis into actionable insights. * Running monthly and snapshot reports on our overall marketing performance, using our existing reporting formats and scripts whilst helping to improve, build and evolve our portfolio of reports off the back of our newly created Sequel Data Warehouse and newly loaded FastStats tools. * Improve the level of sophistication and speed of our campaign reporting, enabling the organisation to be more agile in campaign management. * Build a central Tableau based KPI dashboard, pulling together multiple data sources across the organisation to provide a central and comprehensive report to inform our strategic planning and decision making. We would like to hear from consultancy providers that can demonstrate experience of delivering data-led insights and understanding of SQL coding and SQL Server databases. Knowledge of analysis and reporting/data visualisation tools (including Faststats and Tableau) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (such as CARE, Raisers Edge) would be advantageous, as would knowledge of data transformation tools such SQL Integration Services (SSIS). To express an interest in this opportunity, please send a covering letter outlining relevant experience and consultancy rates that would be applied, plus relevant supporting CVs and case studies to procurement@wwf.org.uk. Additional information: To express an interest in this opportunity, please send a covering letter outlining relevant experience and consultancy rates that would be applied, plus relevant supporting CVs and case studies to procurement@wwf.org.uk.
