Summary of the contracting process

Bracknell Forest Borough Council is seeking contractors for a project at Horseshoe Lake Country Park, a 50-acre site located in the South East of the United Kingdom, approximately half a mile west of Sandhurst. This project is currently at the award stage following a procurement process initiated through a restricted procedure. The tender valued at £1,250,000 focused on site preparation, construction, and engineering works, with the original tender period ending on 6th September 2019 and the contract period running from 1st January 2020 to 30th April 2021.

Businesses specialising in site preparation, building installation, and construction completion work would be particularly well-suited to compete. Engaging with this project could enhance their portfolios and open pathways to future collaborations with local government contracts, especially in projects related to community development and environmental conservation.
