e-ITT for the design and installation of a replacement mooring system at Keyhaven River, SO41 0TR, on behalf of New Forest District Council The aim of the procurement is to provide a safe, reliable mooring system throughout the Keyhaven River with all ground chain, risers, swivels and shackles replaced and spans reconnected to mud anchors. Closing Date for Submission of Tenders: 12.00 NOON, 22 JANUARY 2021 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP)
