The Employer (MHA) has appointed Consultant to undertake Stock Conditioning Surveys on approximately 808 properties owned/managed by employer comprising a wide range of house types and all within the Bradford district with a BD postcode . The contract period is from 15th February 2024 to 31st July 2024 This Contract is awarded via mini competition from Lot 5A Building Surveying service of EN: Procure Consultancy services (Yorkshire and Humber) dated 03rd August 2020(OJEU reference 406077-2020)
