Notice Description
The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of a number of W.C's, spanning across the Maxwell Building, Maxwell Hall and Allerton Building, University of Salford. The works to include stripping out all existing furniture, sanitary-ware and services and to supply and install new finishes to walls, floors and ceilings and installation of new furniture and sanitary products as detailed in the schedule of works. The Buildings are located at the following address: University of Salford, Salford M5 4WT.
