Catering and Bar Concession Opportunity

Notice Description

Harrogate Convention Centre is seeking a creative and innovative partner/s to provide a number of catering and bar services across the site. Catering provision is one of the top five determining factors for clients choosing a venue and so understanding and exceeding customer expectations is crucial. In return the successful partner/s can expect a high level of commitment and a potential share in future successes.The Convention Centre is owned by Harrogate Borough Council and offers Conference and Exhibition Services to a wide range of clients and customers. The Convention Centre is seeking submissions from companies to tender for the delivery of catering and bar services across the whole site including the Royal Hall. The contract/s will be a Concession Agreement/s for four lots. The contract start date will be 1 January 2019 for a 5 year term. Additional information: There are a significant number of documents, a detailed specification and response document. To help in your assessment of the process please note the following; A full timetable is published at Section Five of the ITT document If a bidder has not taken up the opportunity to visit the site (14, 15, 1615 February) their bid will not be considered. Details within Section One, 22.1 of the ITT on how to arrange. Please note the date for presentations re shortlisted bidders within the timetable For detail of events bookings please complete the Non=Disclosure Agreement and return as an attachment via the messaging function of Yortender
