Our Reference: 820FXPlus - Minor Works Tender submission due date: Friday 10th February 2017 - via Due-North e-procurement system: Requirements Overview FXPlus are seeking a minimum of 3 preferred suppliers for their Minor works agreement. Scope of works requirements This will include, but not limited to: General Building Works Site Surveys Building Advice Project Management Design and Build Risk Management Site Logistics and Planning Health and Safety Advice Responsive minor maintenance works in respect of General Building Work Electrical Work Plumbing Work Mechanical Work Roofing Work Window/Door Work Underground Drainage Work General Ground Works Internal/External Refurbishment Work Maintenance - Planned, Preventative and Reactive Interested parties should register with the Due North e-procurement system which is free to use.
