Durham University are looking to put in place multi-supplier minor works contracts to deliver projects such as new build, extensions, alterations and refurbishments. The arrangements will comprise two separate contracts - a Term Service Contract (TSC) for works of value PS0 - PS1m and a Framework Contract for works of value PS0.5m - 4m. Both will be four year agreements with between 4 and 8 suppliers to be appointed per contract.
