D&B fit out out of a c. 22,000 sq ft modular office block which has been purchased by the Trust to shell and core specification. The proposed scheme will provide 331 desks/individual working spaces across three stories, including WCs, Kitchen/Tea points and meeting spaces. This is a core enabling scheme for decant of existing office accommodation prior to demolition. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
