Equans Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake works to improve the public realm and to create a safer environment for cyclists and pedestrians. Also to give a place to stop enjoy and interact before moving on. The areas will have as a part of the works improved lighting, drainage, street furniture, road markings, and tactiles.
