Enfield Council is looking to appoint a contractor to provide a jobs and skills brokerage service. The brokerage will be between construction developers who are working in partnership with the Council to satisfy planning ("Section 106") employment and skills obligations, local skills and employment advice providers, and local residents, particularly tenants of estates being developed and renewed.
