The main requirement is to provide immediate help to frequently asked questions and issues regarding the specific systems used at Leeds Trinity University, including * Standard desktop software queries for Microsoft Office. * Specific queries relating to Moodle * Specific queries relating to Turnitin * Specific queries relating to use of library systems * Access to electronic journals * Specific queries relating to SITS e:vision * Provide assistance via an online / remote access system * Password resets * Off-site access to local services * Remote access of student timetables * Student Access problems with student administration system
