The Lift Replacement project proposes the full replacement and provision of new passenger lift installations at Wisemore, Green Lane and Broadway campuses. The project includes the installation of five new lifts at Wisemore campus, two new lifts at Green Lane campus and one new lift at Broadway campus. The existing lifts have reached the end of their operational lifecycle and are increasingly unreliable, resulting in frequent breakdowns, high reactive maintenance costs and extended periods of downtime. The project forms part of the College's capital investment programme and supports strategic objectives relating to estate condition, accessibility, health and safety and business continuity.
