1.6 The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive Turnaround Director Services. The key objectives are: * Demonstrable month on month improvement of the run rate * Ensure delivery of minimum 25m FEP, with stretch to 30m for 18/19 (real cash out) * Build clinical engagement in a rolling FEP process * Assess the 'route to zero' and build a credible plan for delivery of a balanced financial position or better * Work with the PMO to build their skills so that United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust has a fully fit for purpose function * Build relationships with key NHSI stakeholders * Build plans for 19/20 FEP
