Notice Description

The West of England Combined Authority wishes to procure movement data to be able to respond to business needs in the placemaking and urban regeneration team. The Movement data will be used to understand how populations interact with and use a place, and answer questions about: how many visitors and locals go to a place; how long do people stay (dwell) in places; who is visiting places; and how do all of these vary by time, day, and season. Understanding the answers to these questions will ensure that we get the most out of any future investment. The Combined Authority is looking to establish an initial 24-month contract with the successful provider. The Mayoral Combined Authority uses ATAMIS as its e-Procurement system.
