Leicester City Council invites Quotations for the activity room extension at Dunblane Avenue Children's Home. Site Address: 31 Dunblane Ave, Leicester LE4 7ZW Works Start Date: 23rd August 2017 Works End Date: 17th November 2017 (Handover) Contract Length: 11.8 weeks Conditions of Contract: JCT Minor Works SITE VISITS Site visits must be arranged in advance. Any Suppliers attending the site without prior arrangements will be refused entry.
