Scope of Work South Reading Leisure Centre (Academy Sport) Boiler Room & Domestic Services Refurbishment Description The works shall involve: o The replacement of the existing gas fired boilers, associated flues, all LTHW supply pipe work, pumps, calorifier, valves, controls and wiring. o The removal of the existing plant. o Installation of booster set for domestic services. o Complete replacement of all domestic services.
