Notice Description

Surrey County Council (SCC) have a requirement for a contractor for property surveys and options development of Property Flood Resilience Measures on the Environment Agency's National Property Flood Resilience Framework to deliver Property Flood Resilience (PFR) measures to properties following Storm Henk in January 2024. The appointed Consultant shall provide a hazard assessment, a property survey providing recommendations on the preferred PFR measures. This should be in collaboration with the Lot 2 Contractor on development of the PFR Programme This scope fulfils the requirements of the PFR Code of Practice standard 1 (Hazard assessment), standard 2 (Property survey) and steps 1-4 of standard 3 (Options development and design) This scope should be read in conjunction with the PFR Code of Practice and Property Flood Resilience Minimum Technical Requirements (MTR).
