Notice Description

The council wishes to implement a framework of quality assured providers able to offer emotional health and wellbeing services to children and young people. This provision will be an early intervention service offer that the Council, including Maintained Schools, can enhance emotional wellbeing. There will also be early help and social care referrals into this offer that will be funded exclusively by the Local Authority where necessary.
