Notice Description

The Business Growth Hub (BGH) is tendering for the provision of a Full Service Marketing Agency and invites suppliers to submit a Invitation to Tender (ITT) to participate in this tender process. The aim of this tender process is to select and appoint a creative, responsive and proactive full service marketing and communications partner to support the Business Growth Hub marketing team, and where necessary the wider MGC marketing team, with the delivery of specialist marketing and communications activity. Also the successful supplier will be required to work with other BGH partner agencies, such as our contracted suppliers for Web Design, Copywriting, Public Relations, Video and Print services, as required. This framework agreement is for the supply of Marketing Services and the supplier will be required to provide services listed under the following categories: * Brand development * Design services * Digital marketing * Campaign Planning Development There will also be a requirement for media buying services and to undertake bespoke B2B market research projects. Additional information: You are required to make your ITT submission via the Manchester Growth Company (MGC) In-tend e-tendering platform. To download the documentation, you are required to complete a basic registration as a supplier on the In-tend Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchestergrowthcompany/aspx/Home Please note that all mandatory fields (highlighted in yellow on the In-Tend Portal) must be completed in order to register your organisation. Once registered, you must log into the system, express your interest in the opportunity, and then you will be able to automatically download the ITT documentation. Your ITT submission will be made on the In-tend Portal and must be returned by 13:00 Monday 10th July 2017 in the required format. Any submissions received after this time will not be accepted.
