Scope of Work * Improvements to the porch roof. * Internal improvements to plaster and decorations. * Improvements to external joinery. * Redecoration of external joinery and metalwork. * Minor repointing. * Improvements to cast iron rainwater goods. * Fire stopping; upgrading of walls and doors forming fire compartments. * The existing fire alarm install for the Town Hall, number 8 St Owen Street and number 10 St Owen Street is one complete system the requirement is to split the fire alarm install for all three addresses, together with improvements to the existing devices.
