Notice Description
Leicester City Council ("the Authority", "LCC") is seeking to appoint a demolition contractor to undertake the partial demolition of St. Margaret's Bus Station, Burleys Way, Leicester, with structural framing members retained to enable the refurbishment and redevelopment of a new bus station in the location. This tender is competitively procured using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework. It will be managed by the Authority's Procurement Department, via the East Midlands Procurement Portal (https://eastmidstenders.org).
