Notice Description

The College is seeking a contractor to undertake lighting refurbishment to its innovation basement admin hub which is to become the student centre. In order to minimise disruption to students and staff, the College is looking for this work to be undertaken during the College Summer break. The college has commissioned IQ engineering Consultants Ltd to produce a detailed summary of works and technical specification. This is attached at Appendix D and should be read before submitting your bid. IQ Engineering will be acting as the Project Manager/Consultants for the purposes of this tender.
