Notice Description

Broxbourne Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out demolition and site clearance services at Hope Nursery, Barrow Lane, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN7 5LY, a former glasshouse nursery. The services comprise; location, disconnection and making safe of all services (electric, gas, water, telecommunications etc.); disconnection and temporary capping off of all foul and surface water drainage; demolition and removal from site of all structures (office buildings, glasshouses, mobile building, timber sheds, water storage tanks etc.); clearance of all debris and the grading of the site to leave level. Further details, including plans and a site investigation report, can be found in the tender documents available for download from Supply Hertfordshire, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire, the Council's electronic tendering portal. The closing date for submissions is noon on Friday 23rd December 2022 and the deadline for queries is 5pm Friday 16th December 2022, all queries should be made via the portal.
