Notice Description

The Riverside Group (TFG) are looking to appoint contractors to a framework for Emergency Lighting Installations, alongside Empty homes and responsive repairs electrical works including EICRs. This Framework will be split into 8 lots, based on geographical location and work type. The framework will run for three years, with an option to extend for a further one year, at TRG's sole discretion. Lots 1a-1d are Emergency and general needs lighting installations Lots 2a-2d are Empty homes and responsive repairs electrical works, which can be low value and could include EICRs alongside other electrical works. There is a particular requirement for electrical works within the Midlands area (Lot 2c), the works will commence Summer 2023. There is no guarantee of volume in relation to this framework, and TRG reserve the right to use best judgement when awarding call off contracts to Contractors on the framework, based on contractor's capacity, availability and price or by way of mini competitions. It is envisaged that a maximum of 5 suppliers per lot will be awarded a place on the framework. Suppliers are not limited to the number of Lots they may submit a tender for.
