Notice Description

The National Lottery Community Fund operates a grant management system built upon Salesforce as the underlying platform technology. This contract has an initial period of 12 months equating to Year 1 of the contract. This contract can be extended by the Fund (Buyer) for 3 period(s) of up to 12 months each. Therefore the maximum possible duration of this contract is 48 months (4 years). The maximum budget available for each year of the contract exercised is PS20,000 (PS24,000 including VAT). Therefore the maximum value possible for the maximum duration of 4 years is PS80,000 (PS96,000 including VAT) The requirement outlined in this tender is for CLOUD BACKUP SERVICES FOR SALESFORCE - specifically, a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution.
