Sustainable Catering Supplier London Borough of Enfield is seeking a supplier committed to Ethical Trade and comply with legal and ethical standards including: * Working in partnership with farmers to offer assistance to suppliers in raising their awareness about ethical trade. * Commitment to excellence at every stage of the Catering supply chain. * Environmental responsibility in all activities through to delivery to the consumer. * Price premiums for farmers producing exceptional quality with exceptional sustainability ethos (economic, environmental, social). * Long term relationships are created to develop stable commitments to producers 1. * Respect for Labour standards and Human Right for farmers and their workers. * Respect the environment to produce foods that maintains eco-systems.
