Notice Description
The London Borough of Lambeth has commenced an ambitious estate regeneration and house building programme to improve a selection of its estates and deliver additional new homes. It is seeking a provider of housing management and associated services for the first phase of this programme; predominantly a scheme of 70 affordable homes on Lollard Street, SW11 6PX. The London Borough of Lambeth is currently seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders in order to assist in the pre-procurement market analysis. This is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise.
