PLS are inviting bids from suppliers to provide a maintenance contract which will support the CommVault software used for their backup environment. Offers are invited to supply pricing for CommVault CASP - Basic Support Renewal. The contract period is to run for a total period of 14 months from 1st February 2015 to 31st March 2016. The following services are to be provided as part of this support: Centralised Service Desk Remote telephone support Remote email support Secure GoToAssist / VPN Support Quarterly on site Health Checks Installation of new licences Pre-sales assistance Regular hours of service operating between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) Single point of contact required Management reporting on request
