WM Housing Group is currently on a journey to completely transform its operating model over the next 3-5 years. This ambitious programme includes the following thematic areas of change; o Brand and Group Amalgamation o Organisation Wide Lean o Service Development o Digital Transformation o Customer Service o Organisational Development Given the scale of the programme outlined above we recognise that we need to support our leaders and managers to deliver such large-scale change effectively. In order to provide the appropriate supports for our leaders and managers to better understand the leadership challenges of change, we would like to commission a leadership development programme specifically to support the first 4 tiers of management to effectively lead this transformative change. o Executive Leadership Team - 4 members o Senior Leadership Team - 19 people inclusive of the 4 ELT members o Heads of Service - 29 members o Managers - 42 members If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal. The 'Express Interest' button will only appear on the Tender Management page if you are logged in. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff. If you require any clarification on matters contained within the Tender Documents, you must do so via Correspondence of the WMHG E-Tendering portal. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated. Please note that in the case of tender clarifications where appropriate, answers will be circulated to all tenderers.
