Notice Description

The City of Wolverhampton Council (the Council) in partnership with the Department for Works and Pensions (DWP) and European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) funded Impact in the Black Country project are looking to procure an Individual Placement Support (IPS) good or outstanding fidelity rated provider to deliver a 12 month IPS programme in Wolverhampton. The programme will receive its funding of PS60,000 from the DWP, ESF and YEI and the Council. The aim of the programme is to develop evidence of the effectiveness of the IPS model in delivering employment outcomes to people with mental health needs. The programme will be for 12 months. The provider will be required to develop exit plans to ensure that all customers taken on are supported and sign posted on at the end of the programme.
