Notice Description

Dorset County Council is seeking a single provider for the provision of Noticing Infringement and Fixed Penalty Noticing (FPN) Support in accordance with the Dorset Fixed Penalty Notice Scheme. The main focus of his scheme is to ensure the data on the Street Works Register (SWR) provided by works promoters is of sufficiently good quality to enable the County Council to fulfil its duty under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) to coordinate all works and events on the highway. The scheme and this contract will cover the administrative area of Dorset County Council including the Boroughs of Christchurch and Weymouth and Portland.
