Lambeth Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to carry out remedial work of derelict pram sheds Rosendale Road, London, SE21 8RD, for the estate pride team in Lambeth Housing Management. The works include the following; *checking structural integrity of the buildings * Minor demolition * Repairs to metal work * Replacement of doors and windows * decorating to usable standard as a pram store/ cycle storage
