The purpose of the platform is to support the increase in employability through the curation and assessment of extra-curricular activities against the University's defined Graduate Attributes. To take students on a journey of their employability attributes from entry, through graduation and into employment through a model of professional development and self/peer assessments, incorporating strengths based on personality archetype analysis. To provide a digital, portable, individualised, lifelong portfolio that will enable our students (through empowered active and experiential learning) to demonstrate these attributes, skills and experience to future employers.
