Minor Works and Maintenance
Notice Description
The Council's objective is to establish a Framework of suppliers covering a broad range of building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance and related trades. Such suppliers will be required to carry out minor works and maintenance to the Council's Premises as and when required on a call-off basis, providing the Council's Service Users with a responsive and competitively priced service. The service is split into lots and no tenderer can bid for more than 2 lots. * Electrical * Heating & Ventilation * General Builders (This will include Carpentry and Plumbing) * Roofing * Asbestos Removal The full PQQ pack can be downloaded directly from this advert and should be returned by 5pm Friday the 18th of March. Any questions raised during the PQQ stage will be posted on this site alongside the responses given. Additional information: Full details of the contract including the PQQ Pack can be downloaded by visiting the South EAST Business Portal. The return date for the PQQ is Friday 18th March 2016. Organisations must register their interest against the portal advert in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest.
