Notice Description

ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors for the renewal of its Architectural Works and Asset Management Framework. The works to be carried out under this framework mainly focuses around repairs, maintenance and refurbishment of Authority owned properties, leisure portfolio and schools/academies. The works under framework will be both internal and external construction to buildings including site works, substructure, super structure, internal construction and finishes, electrical, mechanical, and access systems. The Top seven contractors will be permitted to the framework. The participants will have access to opportunities via a mini competition.
