The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the replacement of windows to the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor of Belfairs Golf Club at Eastwood Road North, Leigh on Sea. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk.
