The purpose of this document is to invite tenders for a single contract to carry out the development and delivery of a PR campaign for the opening of the Horniman's World Gallery. The campaign should include activity before, during and after the World Gallery opening, currently scheduled for spring 2018, and maintain media momentum for the opening of The Studio, currently scheduled for summer 2018.
