Darlington Borough Council requires a Service Provider to provide legal services for recovering Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates debts through the use of insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation processes. In addition to provide: Legal advice in respect of leases and tenancy agreements (both commercial and domestic) A proactive approach to identify and address National Non-Domestic Rates avoidance
