The Trust have a requirement for a robust Social Work Degree Apprenticeship Programme which is founded in our Career Progression Framework and on sound business principles and practices. The Trust currently supports Routes into Social work as part of career progression and Social Work Apprenticeship Scheme is a viable addition to this initiative. The utilisation of the Apprenticeship Levy will provide an opportunity to fund the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship Programme to upskill our unqualified employees enabling them to fulfil their career ambition to become social workers.
