Chelmsford City Council are seeking a ticketing solution for the Civic Theatre, Cramphorn Theatre, Hylands House Estate and for all other events held by the Council. The Council sells around PS2.2m worth of tickets annually. Sales are made online, by phone and in person. This process will be run in Delta eSourcing.
