A clinical coding software solution used by the Trust to support the accurate and efficient assignment of clinical codes from patient records for Endoscopy, Ophthalmology and Chemotherapy. The system assists coding teams by automating elements of the clinical coding process, improving coding consistency, supporting data quality, reducing manual effort and helping the Trust meet statutory, operational and financial reporting requirements.
