Notice Description
Paddington Village is the nationally recognised flagship commercial development scheme sitting at the eastern gateway of the Knowledge Quarter (KQ Liverpool). Liverpool City Council are looking to develop Plot 10 within the overall scheme as an upper-mid scale hotel development providing a dual-branded flagship Hotel and Serviced Apartments. LCC have therefore undertaken the procurement of the Hotel Brand by the way of a Franchise Agreement (25 years in length); and
