The Council wishes to appoint an organisation to lead on communications and engagement work, on behalf of the Executive Board and the Council (accountable body), to develop and deliver key messaging from a jointly agreed Communications and Engagement Plan; create and implement the use of digital assets such infographics, short video and other imagery for the promotion of, and through the delivery of the six core projects in the TIP.
