NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 October 2020 for the following reason: Access Code to notice is; 74P8SG9RGE(Newlon wishes to undertake internal and external refurbishment works to 4Nr Schemes in Tower Hamlets and Hackney. Newlon is seeking the services of a competent, experienced, and capable Principal Contractor to undertake these works) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
