Notice Description

We are looking to collaborate with a partner in the China market by establishing a strategic partnership, initially for a period of up to 5 years. The primary aim of the partnership is to rapidly increase the volume of Chinese students who will enrol onto Pre-Sessional English, Pathway, Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes at UEL's 3 London campuses. The partnership should be capable of allowing UEL to plug directly into a mature, multi-channel recruitment network developed or accessible by the chosen partner. Our target is, within 3 - 5 years, to have an additional 750 - 1000 International students per year to our overall student community. The services we are looking for are; * Recruit students from mainland China into a range of pathways, under graduate & post graduate degree programmes at UEL. * Hit or exceed pre agreed annual student recruitment targets * Undertake and fund all marketing and student recruitment activities on behalf of UEL in mainland China with the support of UEL International Office or academic staff. * Set up, manage and maintain in collaboration with UEL's marketing team, a China specific UEL website in local language which must be hosted in China or Hong Kong * Set up, manage and maintain in collaboration with UEL's marketing team China specific social media platforms such as Weibo, Wechat etc. * Provide access to, and manage on behalf of University of East London, an established and extensive education agent network across China * Provide access to, and manage on behalf of University of East London, an established and extensive network of academic institutions in mainland China to facilitate the development of TNE opportunities and articulation agreements. * Manage student applications to be processed by the UEL admissions team * Devise and implement student conversion strategies in cooperation with the UEL International Office Team.
