Notice Description
Chemonics Group UK Limited, which is implementing the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) Project as part of international technical assistance, invites you to submit a Tender Proposal for the procurement of construction services for the structural rehabilitation of the CBRN shelter at Merefa Central Rayon Hospital, located at 148 Dniprovska Street, Merefa, Kharkiv Oblast. PFRU-2 is a multi-donor programme managed by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) of the United Kingdom in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine. As part of its project activities, PFRU-2 is seeking a service provider for the construction services for the structural rehabilitation of the CBRN shelter at Merefa Central Rayon Hospital. Please note the following important tender provisions: The submission deadline is 1 December 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time; All questions regarding the tender conditions must be submitted no later than 21 November 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time; All communication regarding the tender must be conducted exclusively in writing via email: pfruprocurement@chemonics.com; The PFRU-2 Project is exempt from taxes, duties, and VAT in the cooperating country. Therefore, PFRU-2 will pay for goods and services exclusive of VAT; The email address for proposal submission is: pfruprocurement@chemonics.com; When submitting proposals or inquiries via email, the subject line must include the reference number PFRU2-2025-173.
