GB-Bath: VAT Recovery Review
Notice Description
Undertake a review of the University's current PESM for the recovery of VAT on Non-Core Capital Projects and recommend a methodology for maximising the recovery of VAT, within the definitions of the PESM and obtain HMRC agreement of this methodology. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
