ENA&D 0801 - Demolition of Warwick House, Beech Court and other properties
Notice Description
The works shall include demolition and full removal of all material on site including removal of foundations and all hard landscaping (hard standing to include for all paving directly attached or connected to the building as per tendered plans. Demolition works will also comprise any LHP owned outbuildings that are associated with the blocks to be demolished. Site to be left levelled and clear with firm earthed covering (tops soil and seeded where new earth is set). The works will comprise the demolition of: * Beech Court, Laceby, N.E.Lincs, DN37 7BH * Warwick House, Grimsby, N.E.Lincs, DN32 7JB * 17 - 19 Shelley Avenue, Grimsby, N E Lincs, DN33 1NS * Saint Michaels Mess Room, Saint Michaels Road, Grimsby, DN34 5RU * Ladysmith Court Mess Room, Ladysmith Road, Grimsby, DN32 9SR * Lichfield Court Mess Room, Lichfield Court, Grimsby, DN32 8EY
