Summary of the contracting process

This is an electronic grant award via the Council's ProContract eTender system. All organisationsinterested in this grant award should register an expression of interest against this contract online at'www.neporportal.org', Tender Reference DN368572. All documents are available via this portal. TheCouncil will be using the Open Procurement Procedure grant awards must be returned before 12:00 NoonMonday 5th November 2018 in accordance with the instructions. As part of the grant award process SunderlandCity Council intend to hold a supplier briefing on Thursday 11th October 2018 at Sunderland Civic Centre,Burdon Road, Sunderland, SR2 7DN, Committee Rood 6 at 10:00am. You should confirm your intention to attend direct to Julie.rogerson@sunderland.gov.uk by no later thanTuesday 9th October 2018. The aim of the briefing is to provide advice on submitting an acceptable bid, therewill also be opportunity to ask questions. The contracting authority does not bind itself to accept any tender andis not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for this opportunity.
